  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • International payments may reflect in USD/EUR for convenience.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved gateways.

  • By purchasing, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our programs and educational materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing access

Personalised nutrition consultations with dietitian Danielle Oldfield are available as an optional, additional service.

Clients may request consultations for:

  • DNA / precision nutrition interpretation

  • Gut health support

  • Chronic disease nutrition

  • Sports performance nutrition

15. Multiple Product Purchases

Clients may purchase more than one program or product at a time.
Each product runs independently with its own:

  • Access period

  • Materials

  • Coaching structure
