About Us

Over a period of 16 years as a Registered Dietitian, I have successfully consulted to over 10,000 assisting them in reaching their health goals. I grew up in a family with healthy habits, and learnt at a young age that eating well and being active was at the core of longevity. I was a ballerina for 17 years, and was accepted at professional level yet turned it down to study. I launched myself into a creative position as an internationally trained Cordon Bleu chef, working at La Petite Ferme, Buitenverwachting and in the UK. After seven years, I decided to study a bachelor of Science in Dietetics, fuelled by my passion for healthy living and helping others achieve the same.

Working With the Best

I am shocked I did not crave caffeine, sugar or junk. The 1st day I had a headache & overall lower on energy on day 2 & 3 but on day 4 and 5 I felt much better. Overall mind feels quieter and clearer. Felt faster on day 6 when I woke up. I got inventive with my food with the different textures. My skin looked a little more brighter.
